Beautiful Elfling 'Hanneth' with hatching Dragon's Egg 5" OOAK Sculpt by Sculpture Artist Ann Galvin

Elf-World Creations is pleased to present 'Hanneth' the beautiful blue-eyed Elfling.

Hanneth is a Dragon Whisperer and here she is, waiting for a Baby Dragon to hatch from this Dragon's Egg. She is listening and feeling the heartbeat through the stony shell and planning to handrear the tiny hatchling and learn to ride him as he grows. Until then, she is spending many hours warming the egg with her hands and listening, listening, listening ...

Hanneth has been sculpted with my own blend of polymers. She is a 'one of a kind' creation having been entirely handmade as always without the use of moulds here at my studio in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Hanneth has been gently blushed and has soft mohair curls. Hanneth is five inches kneeling with a polished stone 'egg' on a modelled, mossy base. Magic! All components are fixed in position ~ Hanneth is not removable.

Hanneth Dragon Whisperer will be accompanied by a photo authenticity certificate signed by the artist.

About the Artist:

Ann Galvin is a professional multi-media artist with thirty years experience. After studying Sculpture and Ceramics, she began her professional career as a freelance illustrator of children's books. She later returned to modelling in clay, polymers and cold porcelain. She has exhibited widely at exhibitions and galleries and has been a member of many Sussex collectives. Her work has been featured in Dolls House and Miniature Scene ~ www.dollshousemag.co.uk ~ and can be seen in permanent exhibition at The Old Loom Mill Craft Centre, Hailsham, Sussex ~ call in and visit the Gnome Village ~
