Embarrassed Library Hobblin Gnome 'Hawth' with tumbled curls OOAK Sculpt Sculpture by Artist Ann Galvin Goblin

Introducing Hawth the long-haired Hobblin Gnome from Elf~World Creations.

Hawth is a Hobblin; an exclusive design from the Elf World Studio. The Hobblins are second cousins to the HobbGobbs ~ not known for their superior intelligence but absolutely indomitable when given a task. He is a new recruit to Team-Hobblin and so is even more confused than usual ~ he was instructed to get a neat hair-cut and as you can see his long curls are still intact ~ he is looking a little embarrassed and worried ~

Hawth the Library Hobblin has been sculpted with Prosculpt polymers, painted with heat set paints and sealed with lacquer. He has soulful black onyx eyes and is a 'one of a kind' creation having been entirely handmade without the use of moulds here at my studio on the Sussex Coast. He has mohair curls and is just two inches high.

Hawth the Library Hobblin will be accompanied by a photo authenticity certificate signed by the artist.

About the Artist:

The designer of this piece is a professional multi-media artist with thirty years experience. After studying Sculpture and Ceramics, she began her professional career as a freelance illustrator of children's books. She later returned to sculpture, modelling in clay, polymers and cold porcelain. She has exhibited widely at exhibitions and galleries and is a member of the East Sussex Guild of Craftworkers. Her work can be seen at The Old Loom Mill Craft Centre, Hailsham, Sussex.
