Mirage began her Elvish association as an abandoned egg warmed into hatching by the Lady Quennel Elf-Mistress of Bravery. She will be raised as a true-born Elf. Since Dragons have no reflective image, Mirage will never know that she is a Dragon and will be trained to patrol the skies above Elf World with the Dragon-Flock and give advance warning of impending volcanic activity. She is ready for action ...

Mirage has been sculpted with my own blend of polymers. She is a 'one of a kind' creation having been entirely handmade as always without the use of moulds here at my studio in the heart of the Sussex countryside. She has beautiful fiery veined wings. She has stunning glass eyes with amazing liquid depth and expression. Mirage is just a delight in the palm of your hand ~ she is just three inches long.

The Elf World Elders are a little worried that Mirage's true parents may try to reclaim her ~ she will need a sheltered nook to live in, away from prying Dragon-Eyes ~

Mirage will be accompanied by a photo authenticity certificate signed by the artist.
